What We Do

Nobody's hair is standard, so nothing here is priced that way. All color pricing is a starting point and may vary based on your hair, your desired result, and the time and product required to achieve it.

Every color service requires a blowout add on or haircut add on for finishing. This allows your stylist to fully evaluate the color, refine the final result, and ensure you're satisfied before leaving the salon.

Every stylist is placed at a level that reflects their experience. Protégé is our new talent. Level 1 through Level 5 and Master step up from there. Prices follow the level. The standard of care doesn't change.

  • At Chop, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your stylist, so we require a credit card on file for all bookings.

    Appointments may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice, and cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are not charged. Any reschedule or cancellation made inside that 48 hour window is charged 50% of the scheduled service value, as is failure to arrive for an appointment without notice.

    All appointments booked online are non refundable. Charges applied for a late cancellation, a same day cancellation, or a no show are non refundable and non transferable. Credit card processing and online booking fees are non refundable under all circumstances, including on refunded or canceled services.

    Cancellation and reschedule requests must be made by phone during business hours or by voicemail. Requests sent by email, social media, or other messaging platforms are not confirmed unless our team acknowledges them. Voicemails are time stamped and reviewed in the order received.
